1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) and payment gateway fees may apply.
• By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

5. Access & Delivery of Digital Products

• Most digital products are delivered instantly via email or in-app dashboards after successful payment.
• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access is strictly prohibited.
• We may suspend or revoke access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. License & Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, videos, templates, code, and resources are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.
• Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
• Reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works without written permission is prohibited.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

• Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Services.
• Do not use the Services for spam, scams, or misleading advertising.

8. Community & Live Sessions

• Be respectful and professional. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Session recordings, slides, and materials are for enrolled users only and must not be shared publicly.
• We may remove users from communities or sessions that violate these standards.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growvibe Solutions, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end.

14. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
