Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CoachShibaji.com, we are committed to delivering high‑quality digital education and coaching. Most of our products are delivered digitally with access provided immediately after payment. Our policy aims to be fair to learners while protecting the integrity of our content.

General Refund Policy

As a general rule, refunds are not provided once access to a digital product, live session, or training material has been granted. Digital items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. However, we recognize that genuine exceptions can occur. For that reason, we offer two conditional guarantees below.

30‑Day Implementation Refund Guarantee

We believe in the value of our training. If you implement the course or program as instructed and still see no reasonable improvement or outcome, you may request a full refund under this guarantee.

  • Submit your request within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide proof of implementation (e.g., worksheets, assignments, progress screenshots).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

This guarantee exists to encourage honest effort and learning. Abuse or incomplete attempts may lead to denial.

7‑Day Conditional Refund

  • A valid and genuine reason must be provided for the refund request.
  • Non‑serious reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no laptop/phone” are not acceptable.
  • If approved, applicable gateway/transaction fees may be deducted.

Seat Reservation & Tokens (If Applicable)

This applies only to learners who reserve a seat by paying a reservation or token amount.

  • Full Payment within 7 Days: Complete the remaining payment within 7 days to receive full access to the program.
  • No Refund after 7 Days: Failure to complete payment or requesting a refund after 7 days makes the reservation amount non‑refundable.
  • Automatic Cancellation after 30 Days: If the balance is not paid within 30 days, the reserved seat may be cancelled.
  • Re‑joining: Re‑joining later requires paying the then‑current program fee in full; earlier reservation amounts are not adjusted.

By reserving a seat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We may update this policy without prior notice.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • No partial refunds for bundles, combos, or discounted offers.
  • EMI or installment plans are not eligible for refunds once payments have begun.
  • Multiple or excessive refund requests, misuse, or dishonest claims may be declined.
  • All refund requests must be submitted through our official channels listed below.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email your order details (name, phone, email, transaction ID) and reason for refund.
  2. Attach any required proof (implementation evidence, screenshots, etc.).
  3. Our support team will acknowledge and review your request, and inform you of the outcome.
